Jason "Jake" Rahmus was a brother of local #55 of Des Moines Iowa. Jake was a 5th step apprentice who lost his life in Curtis Nebraska on 2/12/04. Jake was a great Lineman, father, and husband. Yesterday would have been his 34th birthday. To all who knew Jake please remember and pray for him. To those who did not, please pray for him, may he rest in peace.

It is so hard to believe that we have been without Jake for nearly two years. This week Jake would have been 34 years old. Since his accident on the job in Curtis, NE we have been without a wonderful friend and nephew. He was such a great family man and we miss him more than words can express. However, we are forever grateful that we were able to know him and love him. God Bless Jake and his family - always.
